Admission

Criteria & Eligibility :

It is notified prior to academic sessions every year. Based on progression and expansion the eligibility conditions are clearly written. In general, notifications are published/announced in the month of December for the sessions of next year with requirements in details. Parents/Guardians may contact school administration for necessary brochures and forms for registration.

Registration Process :

Parents and guardians are requested to watch out for notifications or contact school administration.

Prescribed Applications Forms can be collected from the school administration office or may be download from our website (see notifications).

Requirements :

Separate forms for Nursery & KG classes and for class I to Xth are to be submitted within the due date as to be notified in our publications with relevant attachments as below:

        a)   Two Passport size photographs of the ward
        b)   Proof of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority)
        c)   Address proof (Ration Card/Voter ID Card/Passport/AADHAR Card)
        d)   Copy of Polio Vaccination card (for Nursery & KG admission only)
        e)   Blood Group test report from a registered medical practitioner /hospital/registered clinic
        f)    Proof of Nationality of parents from appropriate Govt. Authority/Gazetted Officer/MLA etc.
        g)   Academic results for the past two years in case migrating from another school for relevant wards (for admission
               to any of the classes from class I to Xth )
        h)   Proof of SC/ST/OBC/Others

Dates :

For Nursery and KG classes there will be interviews for which the dates shall be notified suitably.
For Classes from I to Xth written tests and interviews shall be conducted as per schedules to be announced.
